This is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. Have you ever felt like you've rebelled too much to be loved by God? Jesus once told a story about a son who felt that very same way. He demanded his inheritance early, left home, wasted it all, it says on wild living. When he ran out of money, food and his friends deserted him, he decided to go back to his father and beg him to let him to return not as a son, but as a servant. And he expected rejection. But while he was still far away, his father saw him in the distance and ran to him to embrace him. And he declared a celebration, saying, this son of mine was dead, but now he has returned to life. God loves you just like that. You can come to him no matter how far away you feel. Have you been avoiding God? Overwhelmed by shame, today he invites you to come and be embraced.
