Anchored to Jesus

This is hope with God. I'm Andrew Palau. Life can feel like a storm, can't it? The Bible, God's book of truth, promises this. We who have fled to him, that means Jesus for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls at the cross. Jesus secured our forgiveness when he was raised to life. He offered us unending life and this is his promise. If you're anchored to him, you will not be alone in life's storms. Do you want to take hold of God and allow him to anchor you? Start now by praying with me. Jesus, be my anchor. Thank you for offering me life through your death on the cross. I choose to fasten my hope to you. Hold me steady, teach me your ways and help me to know you. Amen. Always remember, there is hope with God.

At the cross, Jesus secured our forgiveness; when He was raised to life, He offered us unending life. And this is His promise: if you’re anchored to Him, you will not be alone in life’s storms.
